Financial Therapy. Redefine your relationship with money and explore the emotions behind it.

what is financial therapy?

Financial therapy explores the intersection between financial struggles and mental health, helping you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours around money.

We don’t give financial advice—it’s more about exploring your relationship with money to reduce stress and foster healthier habits.

Are You Struggling With Money Anxiety?

A lot of people stress and worry about their finances, which often is the result of past experiences and uncertainty about the future. Do you feel the same way? Financial anxiety can manifest itself as:

  • Excessive money tracking

  • Fear of spending money

  • Avoidance of making financial decisions

  • Feeling bad about spending money on yourself

If you don’t do anything about your anxiety around money, it can negatively impact your mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.

Financial therapy will help you address both the practical and emotional aspects of owning and spending money. Thanks to financial & money counselling, you will be able to curb financial stress and:

  • Develop a healthier approach to your finances

  • Reduce money-related stress

  • Make more confident financial decisions
