● Financial Therapy. Redefine your relationship with money and explore the emotions behind it.
what is financial therapy?
Financial therapy explores the intersection between financial struggles and mental health, helping you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours around money.
We don’t give financial advice—it’s more about exploring your relationship with money to reduce stress and foster healthier habits.
