Let’s Clear That Up

  • You can simply and easily book an appointment online: takecaretherapyco.janeapp.com

I offer in-person and virtual appointments. I also offer free 15 minute consultations!

  • Each 1-hour appointment is $235, which includes a 50-minute session and 10 minutes for administrative tasks.

  • Not at this time. After each session, I’ll provide you with a detailed invoice, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Most insurance plans offer coverage for Registered Psychologists.

  • Take Care Therapy Co. primarily serves adults, with select availability for youth ages 12-17 based on individual needs. Please reach out to discuss how I can best support you.

  • Financial therapy explores the intersection between financial struggles and mental health, helping you understand the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours around money. We don’t give financial advice—it’s more about exploring your relationship with money to reduce stress and foster healthier habits. Read more about financial therapy here

  • If you’re in urgent need of support, please reach out 24/7 to one of the following resources: Alberta Mental Health Help Line at 1-877-303-2642, the Distress Centre at 403-266-4357, or visit the nearest emergency room.
